PWH Advisors assesses the market potential, by deploying marketing techniques such as existing and potential clients survey, identifying key variables such as demand and competition, analyzing price demand elasticity, collecting current market price to define reasonable pricing assumptions. PWH Advisors develops financial forecasting models, with a range of scenarii based on different levels of marketing spend, new product development costs, as well as media spend. PWH Advisors will also work with the client to review business cases developed by the leadership team, probing the quality of the assumptions taken. PWH Advisors will then work with the client in defining the strategy, evaluating the structure of the acquisition and its payment, including milestone payment and future royalties as well as service agreements. PWH will also develop alternative back up plans, and will work closely with the client in defining the negotiation strategy.
